      US Military personnel deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as everybody else. No more, no less. Let's go easy on the veneration of the warrior class. It doesn't lead anywhere good.

      The people who do our legitimate killing for us, if they are honourable about it, deserve a smidgen more care and respect than others IMO. And of course they do risk death at work, so they should get a bump for that as well.
