Cool to see the originality. FWIW, the buddhist version of jhanas tend to refer to temporary states of concentrative absorption. You might have luck looking at some of the ‘wisdom’ maps, which tend to be a more long term frame. I don’t know your work, but good luck!

I personally don’t use a lot of maps in my practice, but some come to mind: - oxherding pictures (from zen) - four yogas (mahamudra) - the four path model (Therevada) - progress of insight (Burmese) Shinzen weighing up +/- of maps, is helpful IMO:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8bIgTY-8M5A …

Hope that helps. Some of the other meditation/awakening geeks on here might be able to recommend other resources. Some good teachers out there, might offer valuable guidance if you got to awakening territory by yourself.
