Does anyone know some recommendable advice sources and/or apps for integrating analog/digital planning & notes? I've tried but it seems to hamper executive function. I've tried Evernote, not a fan.

Ah yes, that makes sense. Thanks. I’m running a late-2011 MacBook Pro on 10.13.3 and an iPhone 6 with whatever OS it is, 11.3 I think.

Was a fan of Notational Velocity when I was a mac user, no idea if it's still around, but very quick and uncluttered. Always been a fan of plain text files/folders, usually I use Sublime Text w/ markdown and use the 'find in files' option to search. Dropbox/owncloud to sync.
