But also this is why I find this ‘insanity’ idea interesting. Because it’s not the usual banality of ‘oh he’s so wise, he’s just doing it for our benefit’. It’s (apparently) deliberately being a dickhead so people stop liking you and you have to deal with the social rejection.
I’m not making the argument that this is what DJKR is doing - this stuff just reminded me of that idea, and I thought it was interesting enough to mention.
