I found the descriptions that accompanied the test results to be helpful. Also found JBP videos that talked of different traits that helped me interpret into action items.
Didn’t know about the video thanks! The descriptions were good yes. I’d be curious to know the relationships between traits/aspects and career success. Has JBP detailed this anywhere?
I'm fairly sure he says that - after IQ (not trait 'intellect') - conscientiousness is the highest predictor of 'life success'. But psychologists know very little about it. I have a friend - psychology PhD - who told me about this test. He described it as "facile and misleading"
sorry: "fluid intelligence", not IQ, per se. I remember JBP saying that at the top of any complex dominance hierarchy are people with extremely high fluid intelligence and 'insanely high' conscientiousness. He also says you want to be a big fish in a small pond, apparently.
