Seems likely I may have experienced lives lived in India and especially Tibet involved in Mahamudra practice and Tibetan Buddhism. I'm grateful now for this one involved in science and astronomy that has brought both together for me in awareness of display representation of world

I do have several memories, one as a neophyte trainee in strict Tibetan meditation practice on a cold stone floor in a monastery room with a high window with northern exposure wherein I developed severe left leg pain that still prevents me from sitting in traditional posture.
Very interesting! I didn't realise that pain could move between incarnations, you learn something new everyday. Enjoy that Saraha book Jim!
