I am suggesting that the difficult feelings arise in a broader canvas of well-being. The difficult energies are not problematic unto themselves nor do they have an independent existence from the canvas.

Yes, there are two main strategies. One is ‘never mind the bollocks’, where one subtly turns away from disturbance to a sort of inner quiet (good for beginners). The other comes from deeper sort of insight into the effervescence of all disturbance - both ease and pain are Clarity

I might add to yr list the experience of dissolving the habitual division of content and awareness. Or rather recognizing there was no division.
