. The level of specificity there is pretty remarkable. I admire their efforts - although I don't personally practice in that way, or valorise attainment claims in that way.

That categorization is interesting as a watermark for wakefulness. Unless someone has an intimate knowledge of someone’s capacity to operate without self-reference I think these categories fall flat.
