I can do guru. I'm qualified. I've led (well, mostly kicked) a couple of people to enlightenment. But I'm not guru to anybody right now.
I respect that. More teachers need to be more honest about the values of their sphere, guru or non-guru. Extremely Zizek voice: limitations, sticking points, pitfalls, and so on.

I’m teaching now because I anticipate needing enlightened helpers in about 10 years as I age and my operations grow in scope (hexayurt city)

I’m happy you’re capable of putting in a genuinely impressive go at it. I also have a lot of admiration for people of lesser capacity who wake up and realise that it’s probably best to sit and stay out the way, and maybe take a student or two if the right one comes along.
