touches on something @ShinzenYoung refers to as 'flow and go' - I think (?) - attentional intimacy w/ impermanence, being a gateway to deep insight into emptiness...the scintillating mist which arises out of, and collapses down to 'gone'.

of course - this doesn't line up perfectly with other systems of practice (such as non-arising nature, etc) - but pragmatically it can be extremely helpful.
