Nice video. But why is this said to be a chagchen perspective? Is the luminous aspect of mind not taught even in the Mahayana?
I suppose I wrote that because that is what he teaches mostly, and it is the context in which I was first taught about luminous-clarity. I'm not very good at all the different philosophical classifications, comparing doctrines between the various strands of madhyamaka and so on.

I think if people wanted to find Mahayana sources for this sort of thing - prabhasvara citta - they would want to look at Śrīmālādevī Sūtra, Ratnagotravibhāga, Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra, Ghanavyuha Sutra....that sort of stuff. But I could well be wrong!
