Is that a key focus for your current meditation practice? I’ve been bringing a lot of focus to simple enjoyment of somatic sensation. I had been exploring the experience of things feeling meaningful and it’s basically a subtle enjoyment AFAICT. Sphere of enjoyment is rich!!

No, though I may switch it up. It's easier to concentrate on pleasant stuff, after all, and I'm mostly working Shamatha right now.
