Any introductory practices in this space you could recommend, or do they require a foundation of other stuff to be safe / usable?

Erm, hard to say.....I think some of the more accessible/safe/usable stuff is probably similar-ish to focusing, so maybe a good step might be to able to approach the felt texture of anger with a sort of curiosity or openness, maybe asking questions/looking could help w/curiosity

Strange thing about meditation relating to anger is that as unpleasant as anger can feel, when you get underneath the confusion it can be really very delicious, although that’s not _really_ anger. Baths can also feel vgood, probably where my brain made the nonsense connection.

Erm, that’s mostly it. I suppose I could add that there are some Buddhist practices which work with the sort of emotions near anger, which is what I’ll be doing
