That's a good question actually! I was very angry at the moment of posting this. The idea was to do something new with these emotions. My usual repertoire is clearly insufficient.

What I did usually: 1) have a higher background level of irritation 2) something happens. e.g. today: wife criticizes me (somewhat unjustly) 3) I get very angry 4a) I don't do anything about it, anger fades, after some time I'm back at 1) 4b) we have a fight, some time -> 1)
