processing really heavy emotions can be really funny and I find that really life-affirming

clown school really taught the difference b/w upset & stubborn. in that context we were able to play w & enjoy so many feelings w/o I dunno reifying them? being recruited by them? so now when I get stubborn for an emotion there’s a real contrast, it’s not my normal anymore
