I’ve seen stuff like dramatic spasms quite a bit. There are a bunch of things which get attributed to meditation, but it’s a nuanced anthropological question eg: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10943-019-00774-1 … Digestive issues also get attributed to the yogic process quite a bit
