UPDATE: 2:00 PM: feeling okay, a little sleepy. take temperature, 99.4 F. Thinking it's just a cold, given the fever is so low, and I have no cough but do have a stuffy nose.

3:00 AM: sudden onset intense chills leading to fever, like when I had what I assume was the flu a while ago. This is probably the flu. (No lower respiratory symptoms).

UPDATE: 11:00 AM: 98.7 F. Resting in bed. 5:00 PM: brief walk. 7:00 PM: 100.2 F. Fever breaking just now after about an hour (most fever spikes thus far have been about that long). Praying the trend starts reversing soon. Still no cough or chest pressure, thank God.

Update: The phlegm has begun. And coughing too, to try and clear it. Awesome.

Update: Looking like another late night, inflammation going up and down. My fever seems slightly lower than over the past few days, but I can tell the lower respiratory symptoms are starting for real (it's day 5). Can breathe fine, but certain spots of chest feel "congested".

Update: Ok that was actually pretty cool, 3-4AM my heart rate increased, got a headache, lymph nodes (incl tonsils) felt warm, strange feelings in my chest. I think I witnessed a major T cell vs virus battle, and my T cells won without fucking up and causing pneumonia. Phew.

No more pinprick feelings in lungs, there's a bit of fluid I need to cough up, but I feel... really good, like after some intense cardio. Ate a Clif bar and had some Gatorade. Lol.
