For bang for buck, I recommend Jarrow Quercetin. It is available slightly cheaper in bulk, but you will have to package it with your capsule maker. For Zinc, I recommend picolinate, acetate, citrate, or methionine. Avoid zinc oxide at all costs.pic.twitter.com/tR74Yz5srd
