Have you had any exciting success in replacing a newly-unavailable coping mechanism?
Most of my coping mechanisms have become easier to access and more socially acceptable by the lockdown, especially meditating, drinking & dancing at home instead of going out

yeah but apparently my human suit can still get it so if I go outside I have to sneak around as a banana
