Jean-François Ganevat is a particular favourite. Julien Labet makes some great stuff too.

Love Ganevat although I've had bad luck with some of his lower-end cuvees. Frankly never enjoyed Labet a lot until I recently got a hold of a 98 Labet Chardonnay La Reine which I cracked open for my anniversary. Blew my mind. That wine really benefits from bottle age.
