Saw this on the shelves and I couldn't resist ordering a bottle even though I'm by myself. Crazy good... Smells like toasted sesame brioche buns. Buttery, clean acidity, amazing finish that lasts for years.

Love Ganevat although I've had bad luck with some of his lower-end cuvees. Frankly never enjoyed Labet a lot until I recently got a hold of a 98 Labet Chardonnay La Reine which I cracked open for my anniversary. Blew my mind. That wine really benefits from bottle age.
