Liz said reflexive re:finance. Soros developed an idea based on the fallibility of markets, which he calls the theory of reflexivity, and credits with his success as a trader. He wrote about it in The Alchemy of Finance in the eighties, but it became better known after 2008

Anyway give his stuff a read if you’re interested in finance at all, I like his writing. Helps if you read it in his accent in your head.
