many have told me that an oatmeal risotto is crazy. consider: •microwave milk •light olive oil in cast iron skillet •add blueberries, lemon juice, bit of sugar and salt •add oatmeal •add milk •bake it will work.

I’m curious what makes this not porridge? More firm texture? I mean, risotto is a porridge, so maybe my assumption that you don’t want to make porridge is erroneous.
