I’m confused by this, would you be able to unpack it a bit? What do you think he meant by it? (I guess I assume that culture as generally understood — constructed as it is — describes some of the pattern of human interactivity across time/place/non-physical space reasonably)

Wagner is confusing. He plays with many levels at once. I am going to see if I can thread a little of some quotes to flesh this out a little.
