you can see if rebooting your phone fixes it, but otherwise yeah the hardware looks doomed
The hardware as in the camera, the SD, or the laptop? I’ll just put them all in the bin to be safe.
the SD card is the most likely thing to be bad, they fail all the time, note yours might still be under warranty and replaceable I have had OK luck with the higher-rated SanDisk cards If it were a camera sensor problem, it would probably affect many photos shot consecutively
