Yes! Relates to how I feel like home cooks don’t give themselves enough recognition as doing something different, they forget that they can afford luxuries pro-kitchens can’t

Back when Kitchen Nightmares was about the restaurant business instead of a 'gaze upon the weirdos' carnival, this was a reliable indicator of Trouble -- good cooking is (arguably) necessary but (definitely) nowhere near sufficient.
