Is there a word for when you say something that you’re aware is probably wrong in >5 ways, but still mean it sincerely in a certain context? (Not irony, but a close cousin there of)
I think it relates to that sort experience. Sounds familiar, and probably part of what led to the idea
I find communication hard a lot of the time, so I have cognitive habits which lubriate the process of interacting, but there can be dissonance there. Does that make sense?

It’s a bit like concept dilation - like now, when you described an experience of communicating, that sort of plots to an area in concept space, but you enter that point and it dilates/inflates out to a punch of other reference points. (Hopefully the spatial analogy makes sense)
