This reply might be missing the point/tone, but there is some disagreement as to how Facebook should be thought of. ‘Non-state actor’ is fine in my mind, but that is US policy talk for baddies (iirc @awichowski suggests ‘net-state’).
You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
