does anyone have any tips for providing your dog with stimulation and energy outlets that are urban & lazy friendly?

She'd probably enjoy training games aimed at using her brain. Monty (who was a working breed) could run for days but he would get tired much quicker when I had him doing things which required him to listen, look at at hand signals, use his nose (eg: searching for things) etc.

eg: You mentioned fetch. Clever breeds like Chanda will be trainable to retrieve on command You can break the process down so she feels rewarded when she attends & obeys to your verbal &/or hand commands. 1 sit & stay 2 (1) + dummy/ball thrown 3 (2) + command to retrieve
