      Cortisol regulation is weird in autism, schizophrenia, and diabetes type 2/pcos. I think a portion of 'inherited' is via vertical microbiome transfer; is perhaps what the genetic inheritance is giving a proclivity for.       Seems to vary based on the condition. I can't speak for dosing because I'm not really a doctor. Oddly its easier to find research on dogs and arthritis and anxiety reduction than anything else more complex. There's good literature on epilepsy out there.

      I don't think my dosing recomendation would be a good way to go. Too much triggers anxiety in me. I think it overwhelms serotonin production and triggers intestinal problems for the same reason there's a suspicion it may help with IBS and menstrual pain.

      But I've got a bunch of weird rare gene mutations that impact smooth muscle and serotonin regulation and likely futher oddness in how my gut maintains bacteria.

      My suspicion is that these systems matter a lot more than people realize. I suspect ideal dosing may vary by the day even under individualized medicine approaches.

      I'm cautious because I think cannibis pyschosis may be a real side effect if you happen to have the wrong bunch of patterns. But those seem more to do with THC than the CBD stuff. I am also only vaguely familiar with how terpenes impact all of this.

          Right. I think at a good dosage it can help.
