Do you have any recommendations re: CBD dosing? I've been avoiding that hype train because quality control is terrible in the UK, but you are making me want to try it.

Seems to vary based on the condition. I can't speak for dosing because I'm not really a doctor. Oddly its easier to find research on dogs and arthritis and anxiety reduction than anything else more complex. There's good literature on epilepsy out there.

I don't think my dosing recomendation would be a good way to go. Too much triggers anxiety in me. I think it overwhelms serotonin production and triggers intestinal problems for the same reason there's a suspicion it may help with IBS and menstrual pain.
