My interest in this has been stoked lately. Got any writing (tweets to articles to books) you like about this?
A sidenote from @context_ing’s article links (well worth reading), There is a learning curve related to learning how to work with emotions in some of those ways (transmuting), but the general attitude towards emotions is not difficult to align with if you have a sense of it.

@context_ing &@_awbery_’s recommendations of would probably be helpful, as would reading Trungpa (because this perspective is built in at the ground level). But I’m at a loss of how to reccomend much by way of learning the practical know how - because reasons. -
