A section of notes is a transcript from a conversation on the topic of enjoyment. Some of it is gold, frankly. Wasn't sure whether to share because context etc, but fuck it. I think some people might benefit from it, judging from some conversations going on in this area.

yeah :O i have to admit i don't understand the stuff about mandalas but the comment about enjoyment being overwhelming definitely resonates. it can feel like you are letting go of the wheel

Yeah. I wasn’t sure, but I was curious how much this would make sense or be of interest to various audiences. Because it can feel threatening to our usual sense of order, learning to let go into enjoyment seems to have a natural back/forth, opening/closing.

re: mandalas. It sounds mystical-schmistical but a good way of thinking about it might be a simple way of model of patterns of relationship A simple mandala is a central point about which a bounded world/space is ordered. A family, a human body, states of mind, are all examples
