True, but if you're translating Buddhist concepts into code, it certainly seems that having a good foundation in Buddhism but being a great coder would be key. Who doesn't believe a Zen practitioner could learn Dzogchen concepts? Anyway, I guess they have their reasons!
Yes I don't what exactly their reasons or expectations are, and this is way outside my wheelhouse. They may just think 'Dzogchen' sounds cool & interesting for all I know.
