Today was nice but then it wouldn’t stop and I bounced from sensory overload to sensory overload until I finally got home and then some shit happened and now I’m in meltdown and I’m so tired of how many hours of the past two years I’ve spent sobbing and wishing I didn’t exist.

It’s amazing how helpful marijuana is with this shit. I can be having a complete breakdown but if I smoke a bowl I can totally regulate my emotions. It’s like free coping energy or something.
