idk I think there are certain sad boys who, like me (sad girl), need activation of deep animal brain sexuality to snap out of anhedonia. it's like if I were ever to go keto: powerful. the potential and thirst are there, just dormant in present environment.

This was true for me. I was super frozen up and pretty much permanently sad until a few good relationships activated some warmth, capacity to enjoy etc. I mentioned this somewhere else on main recently. I think it was really key for where I am today.
