Any ideas about how to push through the wall I keep running into re: meditation? I’ve tried to bump up to 60 min sits daily; somewhere between 53-57 I lose focus, feel like I’m being “popped out” of my meditative state, and I almost feel like it’s impossible to get back into it

Keep running into the wall until you relax enough to attain illusory body and you run straight through.
