Got the day off tomorrow and looking forward to doing some restoration work on a few old knives. I’m particularly excited about an puukko knife my dad was given as a kid. It’s a bit rusty and the birch bark handle needs re-finishing, but it’s a quality piece.

No, my dad was very into scouts as a boy, and went of a number of trips. He was given the knife by a Finnish scout IIRC.
