Yes, I agree. Unfortunately, there is a trend at the moment to use the term in fairly sloppy ways, to sell spiritual knick-knacks, which is a bit of a messy discussion. It's an important topic and there is some good stuff, but also a lot of crap, which is confusing things a bit.
