It’s an occasional problem for me, especially if I practice just before bed when I’m restful/tired anyway.
Practicing when tired is one of my favourites, especially as you go to sleep in bed....lots of fun & insight to be found there!
I suppose there's no point making a big deal of it....because you just get all serious and up-tight, which is probably much worse than being lazy
