Sovereignty is the capacity to take responsibility, to respond to the world rather than be overwhelmed by it.
Sovereignty is to be a conscious agent.
This is not something that you can be taught.
You can be invited to the work, but you must undertake it yourself.

what this looks like in practice is that the causes & conditions which shape the 'emergent' outcome of any set of responses become hidden; because of fake attribution. IME, people who take free-will as a key belief cease to look for leverage points where they can optimise.

Right, I see that a lot in entrepreneurial circles. Lots of survivor bias. Those that make it attribute it to their effort. Those that don't make it are seen as not hustling hard enough by those that make it, and rarely get to tell their own story.

Yes that has been my experience also, pretty common in entrepreneurs and people who gained socio-economic status 'against the odds'.
