Absolutely. This is why sports and martial arts were invented - to channel male aggression and competitiveness into something constructive, or at least not destructive.
Yes. For example, the/a solution to bullying isn’t to dull down masculinity, but to make the limits & costs there of more visible: - you get the bullied to be more capable & willing of enforcing a boundary - you get bullies to be more aware of the costs of excessive aggression

At an individual level this seems reasonable and I’m yet to meet someone who thinks that’s a bad idea. At a cultural/societal level people have a much harder time extrapolating out from different stated preferences: eg, masculinity is bad and/or preventing masculinity is bad.
