Can see what the idea was - grab attention by taking something assumed to be negative, use the old/tested Needs You phrase, and try to transmute it into something positive... actually I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a net positive for them

It’s a yikes for most people, but when it comes to recruitment, what you really want is to tip over the people who were on the fence. It’s worth losing half of those if you get a quarter of them. Same logic behind Elon’s “nobody changed the world on a regular work week” idea
