      As gross as Jack's tech-bro capitalist redux of Goenka may well be, he's just an exaggerated example of a particular brand of materialism/s, but we all have our style of looking for safety/status/entertainment in the 'wrong places'.

      The only thing worse than his particular brand of materialism is the smugness of all us Very Smart/Spiritual People looking down our noses at his misguided attitude towards meditation. May @jack realise the nature of mind, and transform this hell site into a pureland.

      I'm all for dunking on him. I tend to agree with your suggestion that his practice claims could hinder/harm other people, but then I'm pretty ignorant of the Goenka system.
