Indeed. Relationship to the clusterfuck is tricky; it's so easy to get absorbed in various vectors of delusion. I wish you luck witnessing said clusterfuck, it's a doozy!

well, once you get over the idea that you are responsible, letting go of most of the rest of the angst isn't that hard. And, y'know, 50 car pileups are amazing to watch. It's sad, but there's little I can do and I've done what I can. So be it.

I wonder what it is that makes so many of us feel, that we have some sort of responsibility to save/change the world (and the existential angst that comes with that)? Delusions of self grandeur? Some sort of gene? Interesting
