‘Artistic’- yes in the best sense of the word IMO. Both in terms of the way the show was shot, but also Samin’s general attitude; both of which go a long way in conveying her enthusiasm/appreciation/respect for deliciousness and the people who transmit it.

Also, anyone who gets that emotional about cheese really loves food. (I had some notes about emotionality and epicurean attitudes, and a recorded interview w/ a lifelong tantric practioner on the topic - all about enjoyment. Lost forever thanks to my terrible data care. Shame.)
