Not entirely sure why, but out of the meditation techniques I know, Zazen seems to have the biggest positive effect on reaction speed.

Vajrayana and most authentic Yoga have some really disturbingly "heavy" effects. Zen and Theravada seem lighter. I don't put it this way on my main timeline because how the fuck will anyone who hasn't tried all of it understand what I mean?

With enough vipassana or zazen, my conscious experience feels so thin it seems I could poke a hole in it.
