      Tonkotsu would probably be my final meal. Not soup. Way too good to be classified as soup. Ramen is a thing in its own right, up on a big flood-lit pedestal. Soup-ontology is serious business

          Bisque is a great way to ruin soup. Butternut squash soup topped with umami bomb sauteed mushrooms is great and puts pumpkin soup in the shade.
