It just sounds really confusing to me.
Anyone use a memory palace effectively? I’ve never met anyone with a memory palace - only ever encountered them in fiction.

Yeah, likewise. I was rewatching some of The Tunnel and Elise Wassermann uses that method, reminded me that I’ve never met a real person who actually uses it.
