Shinzen is offering 'neuromodulation with tDCS' at his retreat in November - fascinating. Does anyone have experience with 'neuromodulation'?

from what little I know - using low direct current to 'prod a neuron’s activity in a desired direction'. My only two reference points are a study done on treatment resistant depression, by a lab in Manchester, and the exploration of tDCS for autism. I intend to read up.
