#AskingAutistics How do you cope with burnout when you have no choice but to carry on going to work, doing all the day to day things you have to do?

(me+psych) simplified my schedule, helps manage energy: to reduce the load, but avoid stagnation. eg: I put some hobbies on hold, stopped meeting new women, went to bed earlier, cooked less frequent (in larger vol.), less phone + meeting time, less intense exercise. Good luck!

This seems to work, as my speech is pretty much back to normal and my energy levels seem to be pretty good. I've even started dating again and looking after my nephew, and the quality & capacity to think is returning to normal. Massive room for improvements in research & advice.
